It appears to be impossible to actually speak/chat to a three assistant. The chat feature disconnects from both the app & website, the phone line has no useful options and then simply hangs up. What sort of nonsense is this? Is there a way to actually contact a person at three or is this what passes as customer service these days?

Thanks for the offer but it's something I need them to action.
The signal coverage in Scotland (north of central belt anyway) seems to be very poor so that's another reason to leave anyway.

Well “Most unhappy” (love the name by the way) when you call 333 you need to know why you’re calling. There are plenty of options and no reason on this earth why you can’t find a viable option. If push comes to shove select the “anything else” option;far better than venting your apparent disapproval on this forum.

Thanks for your response. I have tried 333 several times and have tried all sorts of options. On each occasion, I get to a point where it just hangs up. Once it even said "we're sorry you have a problem. Goodbye." Or words to that effect. I know exactly why I'm calling but I need a human to answer the question. The live chat function also keeps cutting me off so it appears impossible, hence me taking to here as a last resort.
I will change provider when my contract is up in October anyway as 3 have been poor throughout. 🤷♀️

You can obviously change provider should you see fit.I’ve been with Three a good few years and whilst I certainly wouldn’t describe the customer service experience as scintillating,actually getting through via 333 is absolutely never a problem. Perhaps we on this forum could help;you seem to be able to reach out here.
