Hi we took new contract with 3 it included 6 months free paramount. I was unable to activate the tv service and eventually gave up now 6 months have passed and 3 have sent email to say that I will be charged £7.99 even if I did not activate the service. I have been going round and round trying to cancel this subscription. It is not possible to cancel this service through the instructions supplied and now find I’m not the only poor suffering customer. This is beginning to smell like a SCAM. Please help. Hi there @Durasell,
Sorry to hear you've had some difficulty in getting the Paramount+ subscription cancelled. If there was an activation issue, it may not show in the app for you to cancel through self-serve.
I completely understand your concern if you've been advised that the service would be chargeable, moving forward.
If you can connect with Customer Services, we'll be able to check the add-on and look at removing it.
