Changing account details

Hello everyone, I am looking for a way to change the personal information about my Three account. But I don’t know how to change the Date of birth and now it shows my birth date is 1 Jan 1900. Please help me thanks🥲

Alright but is it matter if I don’t change the birth date? Will they stop my account because of my birth date?

Hi @NEWTYPES,

I'd recommend to get it rectified sooner rather than later. I'm sure it's an innocent human or system error, but if you get in contact the team will be able to help walk you through how we can verify your correct info.

I don't know that an account is likely to be suspended or not due to this, but it's best not to knowingly have any incorrect information saved, particularly if you have a Pay Monthly credit agreement.

I don’t know but they’d probably think you were quite sprightly considering you’re 125 years old. Still got all your teeth?

It would be a record! Getting to 125 that is, no idea if anyone keeps records about how long people make it with all their teeth. 😂
