Hello, how can I retrieve chat history. Did not save at the end of the chat but now need to go have a look. Was told my contract was cancel while it wasn’t.

If you weren't able to obtain a copy of the transcript at the end of the chat, you can request one via a Subject Access Request.

You'll find the request form available to download on the above page, alongside an email address for where to send it.
