I bought the simcard in Hamburg. And it has 12GB/75GB . Meaning I can use 12GB abroad (Roaming). I finished all 12GB and I top up the 10GB plan. And its not working. I tried to top up again Unlimited GB for 14days. And still not working. Please help me what to do?

Welcome to Three Community. 

Are you still roaming with it? If so, you can't use any more than 12GB per month while roaming. Adding more data won't unlock more roaming.
