Data Roaming Add Ons

I accidentally purchased a data roaming add-on even though I’m not going abroad for over two months. Will the add-on still activate that far in the future or should I call for a refund? Thank you.

Hi @ambersphone,

Great question, was this a bundle of Go Roam passes? These won't activate until you use your services abroad e.g. to make a call or text back to the UK, or use data whilst away. So you should be all set to use these even if it's a couple of months away.
