Hi, I’ve had my iPad for about a month now and it’s meant to have an eSIM with data on it, I haven’t been able to activate it and still have no data, I haven’t no qr code either, I’ve looked through all my emails from three and there’s nothing there?

Contact customer service on 333 and they can email you a replacement. They should be able to do that whilst you’re speaking to them so you know you’ve got it. You can then activate it immediately.
