Is there any any other way to pay my device plan bill myself? Trying to do it through the app but constantly getting the error 500 message every time and I can’t seem to figure out another way of paying, all other options seem to only be for paying airtime bills only

If you’re having issues paying via the app then customer service can take a payment via 333. But surely you have a direct debit in place??? Anyway 333 is your route!
