I wanted to leave a review today for the amazing help and support received from your Customer Advisor, Elliott, in the Northampton Grosvenor Centre 3 Store. We can't thank him enough for his kind, friendly demeanour and for being so very patient and helpful with my sister and I, neither of whom are very tech savvy! Elliott managed to provide the exact new phone that my sister needed and went above and beyond in getting everything sorted. The poor man now has the pleasure of setting up the new phone next week, so it can be used! We were both very impressed with his friendly and professional attitude, Elliott is a real credit to your store.
