Gousto Code - has disappeared, claims I've already claimed it. I haven't

Hi there, 

I need some help trying to redeem my Gousto code - when I went to use it - I couldn't find it in my codes - expired or current, and then when I try to get a new code it says I've already claimed it. 

Please can someone help me?
