Hi iv had bad experiences with 3s staff n customer services in the derbion derby supermarket n misleading information regarding the portable hub. So iv decided to leave the 3 network. How do I request a PAC code online to keep my number as it charges for the text to send for a PAC code n of course I'm not paying anymore for this network.

Text PAC to 65075 and you’ll get your pac code immediately by return. It’s free,I repeat it’s free to text to this number. There is no charge to obtain your pac code.

I just tried this and it asks for another text with dob. Done all of that and now it says that it can't find my account. Fuming!

So if you were born on 1st January 1975 your text to obtain your pac would be as follows; PAC 01011975 (without any punctuation) to 65075. It’s a security measure as you’ll realise.

I am having the same issue. The message I get back is: "Oops, we can't process your request at the moment due to a system issue. Try again later or visit 3.uk/gmi for more information". Tried requesting one for my Mum's Three mobile and she gets: "Sorry it has not been possible to process your request due to a technical fault. Please call Customer Services..."

You need to text PAC plus your date of birth without spaces in the ••/••/•••• format!
