How do I remove a recurring monthly boost?

Hello, how do I remove a monthly boost? I bought a monthly boost once but it seems to bd recurring every month. I just want to cancel it but can’t see where on th  eve app to do this. Thanks

Hey Lucy, thanks for joining us here on Three Community.

That's right, our Monthly Boost Add-ons are recurring and will renew each month until cancelled. I'm sorry you've had trouble doing that, especially when you only wanted a short-term boost! 

Once you've logged in to the Three App, you should see 'Active Add-ons' - in a box marked with a little star - on the Home tab. Tap that, and you should see a list of the Add-ons currently active on your account. From there you should be able to cancel that monthly Add-on.

You should also be able to make this change using My3 online. Once you're logged in, choose 'View / manage Add-ons' from the dropdown under 'Your Account'. From there, you should be able to tick the box next to the Add-on in question and follow the steps to cancel it. 

Please do let me know more about what's happening, if you're having any trouble with either option - we'll figure out the next best step to help get that sorted for you.

Hello, could I please check if I were to cancel the auto-renewal, would my data, minutes and messages allowance expire immediately?

Hi @ipopo,

Cancelling the auto renew should just stop the recurring payment, rather than affecting the current pack.

I have exactly same issue, but i cant find it on my add on and unable to cancel it, can you help me

I need your help, for removing recurring payments form my bills. Form let 3 months my bills coming high and I can not pay this much amount every month. So, please

Hello.

I'm not sure if you're referring to removing part of the recurring cost, like an add-on or something like that, or if you intent to move your plan onto a cheaper rate.

Those changes can't be made from here, but if you head through to the Support Team they will be able to help you with that.

I got the same problem. My 3 app and three website didn't have any function to remove it.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you let me know what add on you're trying to remove? Is there an error message or can you walk me through what happens when you try to remove the add on from your account?

I have this issues too, appear to have 2 add ons that I cant to cancel not the main payment as the add ons if I pay the companies direct are £4.99 as an exampled yet, Three are adding VAT to them
