How do i see my third part addon subs

Ho how can i see why and who i pay thrid party addons too....i pay £15 more a month because of it an 3 ate crap at letting me know whoni pay, why is it not on my bill

Thanks for reaching out here, and welcome to the Three Community.

If your Three bill has increased due to a third-party charge, this will be visible on your bill under the itemised breakdown.

You can check this by the following steps:

1. Log into the Three app or My3
2. Go to Bills and tap the bill you’d like to check. 
3. For ThreePay, go to the Third Party Charges including ThreePay section of your bill. You’ll see the payment plus the name of the merchant the amount has been paid to.  
4. For short codes, go to the Text to other networks section of your bill. You’ll see the amount paid and the 5-digit short code. 

If you do this and the third-party name is unfamiliar, you can use the checker on the Three website to get some more info on them.

If you have no success through doing this, or if the charge doesn't show, please chat with Customer Services to investigate further via your account.
