Many calls?

I got a pay monthly sim the other week. Yesterday I got a galaxy tab a9+ on contract. Now I appear to be getting many many calls from a number from 3. I don’t answer them because I don’t know if it is a scammer spoofing or not. Surely if it was three they could email to let me know they tried to call. I will try live chat tomorrow.

Thanks for getting in touch here.

Three calls do usually primarily come from 0333 numbers, but it's also possible for impersonators to spoof numbers that they're calling from.

So, although this could be a genuine call, we'd recommend having a chat with Customer Services, who will be able to check your account notes to verify if Three had called you and for what reason.
