It sounds like you're searching for how to enable adult content. If using the Three App, once logged in, look for:
Manage Plan
Controls
Then you'll see an option to toggle Adult Content on
If this is the 1st time you're making this change on your account, you'll need to give some Credit Card (not debit) details to verify yourself.
Finally press Save changes.
If you don't have a Credit Card, you can also verify your photo ID with customer services, or a Three store, and if this isn't an option either, customer services can verify your info with Experian. Don't worry, this last method isn't a hard credit search.
