I’m experiencing a very weird issue. My number is now registered under someone name. Even I can use this number and direct debited from my bank for years. In my Three app still showing his detail (Full name/address/email). I’ve tried 5 time to raise this issue to Three who made this mistake for corrective action. Three is keep telling my about to set the investigation and come back to me….. But never ever..
Today, I decided to leave this number and remove direct debit from my bank account. Regarding this is not being linked to me anyway. Not the end of the world, I will have a new number and will tell all my friend about the change….
I just gave up with Three. It’s their fault but they couldn’t sort it out.
is there anyone experience this issue?

That is very concerning indeed. It could be someone trying to steal your identity. Unfortunately a lot of modern day living essentials are linked to our phone numbers, things like one time codes from banks, etc.
If you notice any further issues, money being taken from your account, getting strange SMS messages with codes you did not ask for, you should consider reporting it to the Police via Action Fraud - https://www.actionfraud.police.uk
Regarding your account with Three, you have legal rights under the GDPR. I would suggest you make a Subject Access Request(SAR) to Three directly. They have a legal obligation to send you all the data they hold on you, within a set time frame. This information should record when your name and address was changed, by whom and under what authorisation. I would suggest stating this directly in your SAR.
