I would like to ask why £40 is being deducted from my account on a monthly basis.

Could you please clarify what this charge relates to?

Hello @Arad,

I understand it must be confusing if you're seeing an unfamiliar charge.

If you log into My3 via the Three app or online, you'll be able to download up to 12 months of bills to see an itemised breakdown of your monthly charges. 

If you do this and are still unsure, or if you see something that doesn't look right, please chat with Customer Services for some further checks via your account.
