I like others are not receiving OTPCs from certain websites and pages etc. I have swapped over from O2 last week and I can see that others have had this transferring from O2 but also from other providers. I have spoken to 3 people now and each one has given me the same answers "it has transferred over properly" well clearly something is wrong if I and others are not receiving the OTPCs. This cannot just be the old providers issue and needs resolving asap.

I need to have OTPCs for work purposes and they have now opened a 7 day investigation on this, if I hear nothing by day 7 I have one day to decide if I want to stay or go. I have to say like others I do not think this is great service and I am considering my options, which may include a change of phone number because Three cannot get their act together and sort this out. I left O2 because of poor network issues and over priced and really regretting that decision each day.

We received a few confirmations from our service desk and other community members that the issue has been resolved, and the last we heard from you on Thursday was that an OTP message had been received.

Clear storage and cache in your Messages app, and then make sure that it is your current mobile number showing.

@chrisamos1 just tagged you in the other thread! Had exactly the same response that everything is fine - erm no it isn't.  My concern with moving now is that if the port was scrambled and they can't even recognise it, then moving provider will not help as the data is lost. Astounding that there is no joining of the dots here as there are multiple issues in their system reporting the same thing. @JonathanB can you assist at all?

I have seen, many thanks for that and I agree entirely. It cannot all be the other providers,
