Does anyone know how I can get this reduced so I can't spend money.

Things like

DAOPAY - buy giftcards through mobile phone bill Pay by Mobile - casinos etc.

Thanks for reaching out here, and I understand it can be concerning if you're finding these third-party charges to be prevalent each month.

There's a difference between a spend cap and credit limit. A spend cap adds controls for any additional costs on calls, texts, and data outside of your monthly plan. This can be amended.

A credit limit restricts how much can be spent on third-party services such as premium rate calls/texts and digital content using Three Pay. These limits are set at £40 per transaction and £240 per month, and I understand that these can't be reduced.

You should be sent a text once you've reached 80% of this limit.

Please have a chat with Customer Services to see if there's any support that can be put in place to help with managing your bill.

Show restraint or failing that call customer service on 333 and they can restrict your spend on Threepay  as far as I’m aware.

If you have a new sim or phone you have just taken out for the first 3 months you only get a very small credit limit till after the third month
