People who call me and get my answer phone are greeted by a woman called Jan

Hi

All my friends and family who call me, ask why my answerphone is a woman introducing herself as Jan and asking me to leave a message.

I have called 123, selected option 3 and re-recorded my greeting…. Still the same
I have disabled call forwarding …. Still the same
I have dialed #002## … still the same
I have called Three … they wont take calls from PAYG customers
I have used intents chat TWICE… they cant fix it
I have called into a Three store…. They cant fix it.

Chat GPT says 

I need a voicemail mailbox reset / reprovision on my account so I can set up my own greeting.

But I tell three that, when I chat and when I visit the stores and they dont know how to do that

I dont want to leave three, but what other options do I have, it’s embarrassing that people think I am giving out a fake number.
