I have had several calls from 0121 838 4148 saying that my SIM card is going to stop working with the new network and that I need to be sent a new SIM card,Is this a Scam or a genuine call from 3,as they say they are contacting me from 3.
This is absolutely a scam! Calls from Three start with 03…. and to say your sim will stop working because of the merger is rubbish. Call customer service on 333 and they’ll confirm they haven’t called you. Block and report the number but don’t be fooled.
