Hi there,
I'm trying to use the Picturehouse code and it's not working again. I get an error message saying the code isn't valid. It's for a show tonight, so Friday to Sunday. I've had this issue several times now and often had to go into the cinema to book, with it often not working in person either.

Any fix for this issue? I still can't get my three + voucher code to work on picturehouse and no answer when i try calling them either. thanks

This is an offer which should refresh every week, but we did raise feedback at the time this was reported. If you're experiencing a similar issue this week can you help us understand in more detail please?
The first thing to check is that the offer is valid for a £3 adult 2D standard seat Picturehouse movie ticket for Fridays to Sundays only. Can you let us know if that's what you're booking and what error or issue you're encountering? I'm assuming the code generates on Three+ okay and the issue is when booking with Picturehouse?

I was looking to book on Friday at at 2D standard seat . The code was fine but it was on the picturehouse side.
