Ported out and back into three - can't access 3/3+ apps

I was advised in the Three shop in Manchester to port my number on my old contract with three to Tesco and then back to my new Three contract.  The port went OK, but now I can't log into my Three account app or Three+ it says USER_IS_TERMINATED.  Can you fix this?

Were you able to connect with Customer Services for some support with the account issues after porting back to Three?

Hi Michael, They managed to sort out access to the three account by changing my email address on the system.  Three+ access still has me as terminated.  Not had time to contact again about that

That's not great to know you're unable to get into your account. It sounds like we need to remove your old account from the system to get you access again. We're unable to do anything like that from here as we can't access customers accounts due to security reasons. 

However, you can get in touch with our Customer Service Team who'll be able to get this sorted right away for you.
