I’ve bought a pre-paid pay as you go sim for £15, popped the SIM card in, but the balance is £0.
I’ve activated, and it’s been over 2 hours and tried customer support but cannot seem to actually find the help I need or speak to someone.
Terrible experience so far for my first time with 3.

I'm just following up on this as we didn't hear back from you. Did the balance eventually appear after the SIM was activated?
