Hello
I need some help regarding proof of usage for my device. I have my invoices from Three, but the invoice itself does not list the IMEI number.
For my situation, I specifically need an official document (or proof of usage letter) that shows the IMEI number of my handset and confirms it has been used on my Three account/with my SIM.
Could you please guide me on how I can request this proof of usage? Is there a particular team or department that handles this type of request?
I already contacted with Three's customer services but they only want invoice with mention IMEI number which I don't have, as I'm using three's SIM last one year with same device how they don't believe me.
Any advice or a direct contact point would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble securing a proof of usage document. This is a request that should be picked up for you by customer services, so that's odd that they haven't been able to help.
Can you help me understand the context a little better. Is this for a handset supplied by Three, or a device you've purchased elsewhere and are using with a Three SIM plan?
