Receiving bills - number ported

ConfusedEx
Fledgling

So I had a pay monthly contract that was coming to an end and I ported my number to a new network via PAC. I had received my final bill a couple of months ago. My Three account says I have no active lines but I've still being receiving a bill via email each month since the final bill, albeit they are for £0.00. Is this usual practice to continue to receive bills for £0.00? Is this something to do with the bills still being accessible for 12 months? Thanks

Hello there.

No, it doesn't sound like that's normal. Once the final bill is received, you shouldn't be receiving any other bills unless there was somehow something still to be paid. It sounds like the account might not have been removed from the billing system fully.

If you get in touch with the Support Team, you can tell them you keep getting £0 bills after cancelling, and they can raise it to get it sorted out.

Pete.
