Hello.
I have tried to send a message to a premium rate competition number this morning but it's not allowing me to send. I have set the messaging app permission to 'always allow' for premium messages but I still get the "not sent. Check options" message appears and when I click on resend, the same message just reappears. Is there anything I need to do on the three app?

Your best bet would be to contact customer service as it’s possible there’s a premium rate bar on your account. Assuming you’re pay monthly you could check your spend limit in the app. If it’s set to zero then raise it to allow you to spend over and above your airtime bill.
