Is 03333381303 a genuine 3 number? Can't find it online and many seem to indicate it's a scam.but the timing of the call lines up with my contract ending
It does look like the format of our numbers, but caller IDs can be faked. If you aren't expecting us to get in touch, the best approach is to call or chat with customer services. If genuine, the team should have notes logged on your account to explain why we were calling.
