Called up about a phone upgrade as I’m due one, proceeded all the way to the end to be asked for a selfie and passport are driving licence only to order the new upgrade so told I couldn’t continue, I don’t have either even know I have 6 handset contracts with three for my partner and children. Just a joke really seeing as I’m been a customer for many many years. 😡

I have to be honest and say I too have multiple lines and devices with Three and have been with the network for longer than I care to remember. Coincidentally I upgraded one of my lines and devices around three weeks ago and I wasn't asked for any of the documents you mentioned.I’d suggest contacting customer service again because this can’t be right.

Yeah I spoke to 2 different people today said the same thing 🤣 I have upgraded this year on my daughters to a phone 17 no problems. My self went to upgrade to the fold7 but unable to. So now I have 2 options either take out a handset with a different company are get a passport are driving license 🤷 it’s a funny one tbh really peed me off to say the least.
