Hi there @Csmg12,

Have you been able to send texts to Australian numbers previously, or is this the first time that you've tried?

As these texts would be chargeable, you may have to double-check your spend cap to ensure it's set high enough for the messages to send.

You can do this via the homepage of My3 by scrolling down to 'Manage Plan' and checking the 'Spend Cap' tab to see if a limit is in place. If it's at zero, you'll need to increase this to enable SMS charges.

If you see that your spend cap is set high enough, please also check that you're inputting the number with the country code format for Australian mobile numbers.

If both the spend cap and number format are where they should be, it may be a provisioning issue. In this case, please have a chat with Customer Services to check if any account changes are required to enable these texts.

Thanks,
Michael

I’m guessing you need to set a spend limit which you can do via the Three app. Check it and if it’s set to zero then set a limit of £10/20 or whatever and that should solve your problem. Sending texts to an Aussie number is obviously chargeable.
