Wrong data plan?

I got this phone last Saturday. A 3 year data plan costing me £38 a month. I was given two sims on the phones arrival. Soon as I put my sim in I asked to change back to my number. Which I'm still waiting on. Then realised that my data and phone service hasn't even started. No one can get texts or calls to me. I can't speak to an actual human within three as it's all automated. It's currently saying on the app that I'm a pay as you go customer?? Shouldn't it just immediately start working when the sim goes in? I have filed a complaint with them as that seems the only way to speak to someone unless you go to the shop! Anyone else had this issue.

Frankly no! You mention two SIM cards and I’m going to have to ask the obvious question;did you insert the other sim and if not why not and if so what happened when you did? I only ask because somewhere in the back of my mind is the thought that Three have been known to supply a second PAYG sim but I thought that was only on an upgrade.
