I’ve just returned from holiday and want to check what charges for data I had while I was abroad on a cruise
on the 3 app it shows my current bill but it seems to only go to 27th May
how can I find out what has been spent up to today’s date eg a ‘live’ bill?
I rang 3 and they said I have to just wait until my next bill date (2 1/2 weeks time!) is this really the case?
I have a spend cap of £5 showing on the app so hopefully it’s all ok but I’m feeling anxious in case somethings gone wrong and I get charged lots
knowing charges to today’s date would really reassure me
thanks

Hey 123Fan,
That's right, we don't have live tracking for any data usage whilst abroad as it can sometimes take up to 3 months for some international roaming charges. You should be able to see these charges when you next bill's been produced.

Thanks Maxine. Can I ask: I have a spend cap of £5 which was set. Will this have applied to maritime data costs? I’m seriously panicking here in case I have an enormous bill which I don’t yet know about! Thanks

Hey there.
Yeah, if you're charged far maritime service usage, it will be limited to £5 as per your limit.
Pete.

@123Fran I recently went abroad and I could see my roaming allowance/usage from the Three app. It was not "live allowance" as I think there was like 2 or 3 day gap.
Once again should be available from the allowances menu/option (if I remember well)
