Hi
Its well over a week since I cancelled my 5g contract but still no QR code to send the router back. What is the best way to speak to a human who can sort out the problem.

I had to call, twice to get the QR code, it was tedious. Now they have my router returned (confirmed a week ago) they had the audacity to charge me for my broadband this month, although the next months payment shows as £0, do not see why I had to pay for something that ended on the 3rd april.
How did you get on, was it cancelled? Did they charge you extra?

Have you had a chance to chat with the Home Broadband team to request this yet?
Sometimes if it doesn't arrive automatically, it just needs a little nudge🙂
It should then arrive the next working day after it's requested again.
I'd recommend using the live chat in the above link - if you enter something like 'Speak with agent' a few times, followed by picking the option 'I want to speak to Three team', you should connect.
