adult content filter marked allowed but still not work, does someone know why?

You’re best to check with customer services on 333 (if you’re pay monthly); live chat if you’re payg. It may be that even though it’s “marked allowed” you still need to verify that you’re over 18. I’m guessing that’s probably what’s occurring.
