can't edit add-ons for upgrades

Cant edit basket for upgrades.

I am trying to upgrade my plan and having an issue.

I can add the plan I want to the basket but when I select 'edit add-ons' the page fails, all I get is footer information (contact us, FAQs etc..)and I can't edit anything. I have tried on multiple devices and through the app and it's the same.

Anybody know what's going on?

this is what comes up. every time i add a plan the basket this appears, when i select 'basket' i can see the plan i chose but when i select 'edit add-ons' i just get this, refreshing the page just gets the same thing.

I can't upload a screenshot, i get an error message "You do not have permission to upload images."

Thanks @ladyrrayneI've reported this with our online teams, so hopefully they can fix this.

It doesn't seem to be a universal issue affecting everyone, and we couldn't reproduce this problem on our end, so we think this could be account specific. Have you tried completing your upgrade with the team over the phone, on webchat, or in a Three store?

Not yet, i haven't been able to whilst working and I prefer to do my upgrades online, it's usually just the fastest and easiest option.

Stupid question I know but have you emptied your basket before retrying?

yeah, every time it didn't work I empty the basket and try again.

Tried on Chrome and Safari just in case is was chrome being difficult, same thing happened on safari. It's been happening for a few days.
