The phone is yours when you’ve paid off your device plan. There are two types of payment. Your airtime agreement which is self explanatory and payment for your device which is what you’re referring to.Whether or not the two coincide I don’t know. Check via the app or sign in online and it’ll tell you the status of your device plan payment and when THATS paid the phone is yours.
