Smartphone pairing plan support

Hi have a huawei watch 5 pro.  It's capable of pairing plans. But when I try it says carrier is not supporting this device.  Are we getting support or do I need to switch providers. As this was a main selling point of the device and three! Thanks

I’ve just checked online and it says Three do not support it.Specifically on Google it says” It is not currently supported by Threes smartwatch pairing service”! 
Make of that as you will.
