ongoing complaint has been going on for some weeks where 3 have a been charging us for 5 years for a phone we have never had . 3 have agreed this was a mistake and have agreed to refund the money. When though its going on and on we get a update every week with the same spin its in the hands of the banking team with no final figure and when it will be paid the staff are reading off a script every week fobbing us off with spin delaying the resolve .

Oh that's not so great. I image that investigating the issue might take a bit of time for the team, since the account would have been started 5 years ago. Fingers crossed they will be able to come back to you with progress soon.
