struggling with auto renew

sorry this might be a dumb question but i’ve checked everywhere on the 3 app and on the website version too and i can’t find anything out about if my plan will auto renew? my contract has 16 months left but my plan expires in exactly a week, i’m not sure how to tell if it’s going to renew automatically or not

I'm not really sure what you mean. It sounds like your question relates to Pay As You Go, however you've stated you're on a contract with 16 months left on it. If you're on a contract, the allowance renews automatically every month on the billing date.
