5g outdoor hub sticker

Hey all,

is there any way at all to find the admin password other than the sticker on the back of the outdoor 5G hub?

sadly it is unreadable now due to the weather washing the writing away

AFAIK No 😞

Which is an appalling design decision,  at the very least the setup documentation should suggest recording the password before mounting the hub outdoors but it doesn't 😞

that’s so unfortunate, I’ve had some drops in connection so was looking at other forums for the suggestions which includes logging into admin panel.

Did not think at the time of setting up to record the details on the sticker

You can try contacting Support to see if they can help and suggest to them that you need a new hub because you can't currently log into the hub
