My broadband changeover is scheduled for today. However, DPD tried to deliver the new router when I was out. Didn't try again the next day and sent it back. Now what happens?

Hello @sea55red,
It's a shame that the delivery was unsuccessful.
The order may be cancelled if the router is being returned to Three.
Please chat with the Home Broadband support team, and they'll check the order to confirm the next steps to re-initiate the purchase.
Thanks,
Michael

DPD will tell you the two hour slot they intend to deliver your item and the text contains a link to their website so if you’re going to be out you can reschedule your delivery to a more convenient time/date. Seems to me it’s your fault you haven’t received your router and you’ll need to contact either customer service or DPD to reschedule.

Thank you for your helpful reply. Not sure why you bothered. They didn't give me a 2 hour slot. I was already out and miles away. I have tried to contact DPD - not possible. Three customer services were very unhelpful. And I still don't know what happens next. Cheers!

I bothered because this is a discussion forum and with genuine respect to you DPD ALWAYS give you a two hour time slot. Aside of that when you ordered your product from Three (either online/via a Three shop or via customer service you would have been given a date for delivery and if you were “out and miles away” then you’ve only yourself to blame. As I said previously in my “helpful reply” it’s your responsibility to either be in to accept your delivery or reschedule it;something which as I’ve said you’ll need to do now via 333.
