No internet at home in 3 areas of the house. I cant watch tv and my partner can just about is fed up as we cant operate on this very poor signal from this card braodband. I'm just outsideof th 30 days as we were out of the country. Please fix this with a better outside router or we will have to stop the contract that isnt fit for purpose.

Give the Mobile Broadband team a call - 03333381003 see if they can figure out what the problem is and if it can be fixed. If you are indeed in a poor signal or congested area they might be able to give you a free of charge cancellation of the contract.
Remember that if Three provided a 5G router, it must be returned to them, otherwise you will incur charges 😞
