For the past week my home broadband hub has been struggling to provide WiFi download speeds much above 10mbps. The hub has been on a grand tour of the house, has been restarted and reset multiple times to little avail. Some mornings the speed is acceptable, but mostly it's abysmal. I'm told by tech support that there are no issues iny area, and indeed the signal strength is mostly Excellent, but there must be a problem somewhere. My phone is also on Three via Smarty, and data download without WiFi is also very slow. Today I went and stood next to a tower and it was still slow! I'm going into their store to request a replacement hub and/or SIM, if they insist there is no network fault! Several other people in this area are also complaining about the same thing. I have negotiated a bill reduction, but I just want reliable internet. Any thoughts?
