I cancelled my account and I was sent an email to return my device. It said I'd receive the details in 2 working days, but it's been over a week and I haven't received anything. My problem is I've now left the country and haven't been able to do send the broadband device back because I never got the details.
I opened 2 chats with customer service reps and they keep closing randomly (I'm not refreshing the page or leaving, but suddenly the chat has reset). First rep told me I'll receive the details in 1 month. The second one, told me to ask my bank cancel my direct debit so I'm not charged (luckily I screenshot the chat before it closed).
My concern is, knowing how sneaky and sleazy Three is (in my experience, they never communicate clearly and they always put me in a difficult position), I'm sure they'll give me troubles down the line for not sending the device and cancelling the direct debit (even if they instructed me to do so).
What should I do? I'm no abroad and don't have the broadband device with me or the SIM card so the only way I can reach out to them is via chat, but it keeps closing and it's draining my soul every time I'm opening a chat and have to waste 10 mins until I'm connected to a rep, who generally isn't very helpful.
Is there a support email account I can message to to try and find a solution?

Hey Gonz,
Sorry to hear you hadn't receive the return label in time. Is the router with a family member or friend?

Isn’t there someone in this country who can return it for you?
