Fixed another issue myself: EERO app always said internet is offline but it actually online

Finally, I fixed it myself!!!!

It is again due to the DNS server issue other customer mentioned.

Solution:

simply changed the APN from 3Internet to three.co.uk (thanks for other customer sharing this information)

And, then, everything works well again! 

the APP correctly show the Internet is connected

Thank you. I have been having so much trouble with my eero being unresponsive.

And the live customer service or technical team won't give us any help.

Customers here are far much better!
