My internet has been playing up for 2days I’ve done everything they have asked any ideas

I'm sorry to hear the connection has been letting you down. Are we showing any local issues on our Network Status Checker?
Can you let me know a bit more about the issue, is the connection down completely, are you experiencing slow download speeds, high ping/latency as @theabstar mentioned, or a combination of intermittent issues?

Having the same issue. Network Status Checker shows as completely fine, I have restarted the box and everything. Hitting over 800ms ping in some games. Download is 54.78Mbps and Upload is 22.30Mbps.. This happened about a month or two ago as well. Seems changing the apn this time round isn't working either

Sorry to hear you're experiencing similar issues again, I'm not aware of any widespread issue, and we're not seeing the same volume of posts as last time. Thanks for checking and confiming the Networks Status Checker doesn't show a local issue.
Are you still experiencing the same issues today? Have you raised the issue with customer services?
