Hi, I recently switched to Three using the broadband switch process. My hub came today so I set it up and the globe is red but I can still connect and get incredibly low speed (can’t even load a web page).
I rang three support and they said it’s because the switch hasn’t processed yet so the sim isn’t activated. It will activate once my old provider has completed the switch. How is this possible when I can connect but have incredibly low signal? Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey there .
It's true that you'd need to wait until the switch over happens for the connection to work, however I'm unsure if the low signal you spotted would be part of that or not. My understanding is that it just wouldn't work at all until the time was right.
If you're getting a connection, and it's working, but not as expected, I'd recommend getting back in touch with the team just to get that double checked.
Pete.
