I upgraded from 4g to 5g and yesterday my new 5g outdoor hub and eeros arrived. I spent 2 hours moving the outdoor hub all around the property to get the best signal. The best signal I can get is 21 and that drops to 0 after a minute or so. I think I was better of not upgrading.

Hello @Kdm,
I'm just following up on the signal issues you reported last month. Have you found that this has improved at all, or have the drops been ongoing?
If so, were you able to chat with our Home Broadband team for some help?
The tips shared in this thread may also be helpful.
Thanks,
Michael

I installed my hub on a roof mounteed aerial pole to get the best signal and it has worked well for me
Do you know where your nearest masts are located - try to find somewhere with a clear line to one but 5G coverage is still patchy around the country.

Hey there.
That's not great. It sounds like the 5G coverage there might not be as robust as the team would have hoped when they were providing the 5G upgrade. It's probably best to contact the support team in order to get them to double check the network in the area for anything that might be impacting the 5G connection temporarily. If nothing can be found, you might have to consider the option of returning the 5G Hub.
Pete.
