I’m on day 10 of no WiFi connection! Is anyone else having this problem? I’ve spoken to 3 who have given me £5 credit on my account but realistically this is no use to me 😂 I need my WiFi. They said there was work happening with a mast local to me but surely 10 days is taking the biscuit!?

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been offline for so long now. We appreciate that a bill credit won't fix a technical issue, but it's a token to recognise the disruption to your service.Did the team give any further explanation or timeframe on when we expect to resolve the issue?

Hi! I still have no WiFi. Still no resolution. It seems there are quite a few few areas who are having the same issue. They have no idea when it will be fixed and have advised they will update me via text. It’s not great service and I am now looking into terminating my WiFi agreement with 3.

That's disappointing to hear the issues aren't resolved yet. I can understand if you're now looking into switching provider given the length of time that you've been impacted. Did you make the team aware that you were wishing to cancel when you were last in touch with them? If so what did they advise?
