Nottingham broadband. Poor and unstable signal in the NG4 area.

I have been a broadband customer for several years and have generally been satisfied with the service. However, over the past few weeks, the connection has become very poor and frequently drops completely.

For more than three weeks now, the network status page for my area shows the following message:
"We're working on the network in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing."

I understand that maintenance is necessary and occasional disruption is expected. However, I would expect clear communication about the nature and duration of such work. I work from home and rely on a stable, fast connection to perform my job. At present, I am not receiving that level of service, and I am considering switching providers (I am outside my fixed term).

Could you please provide:

  1. An update on the maintenance work being carried out.
  2. An estimated timeline for when the service will return to normal.
